Returns Policy

Dear Customer, thank you for your purchase. All returns for Refunds, whether in-store or online, must be made strictly within seven days of your initial purchase. For online orders, seven days commence from the day we complete your order and confirm that it’s available for collection or being sent out for home delivery.

Exchanges can be made up to 28 days from date of purchase and for On-line orders 28 days from when we inform you that the order is complete and available for collection or disptach.

In the event you need to make a return or exchange, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

That you have the original itemised till receipt containing the barcode, or for online purchases, your printed order

The garment has the tags attached

The original packaging as supplied

That the items are in a suitable condition for resale

Unless there is a manufacturing fault, we are unable to refund or exchange opened packets of shirts, blouses, sports socks and gumshields.

 

Online Orders

If you need to exchange the size of the garment, you can post it back along with a copy of your web order and the size you require. or alternatively bring the items back into store.

On receipt, we will exchange the item and post a replacement subject to the Terms and Conditions above. Additional postage and any difference in price will be chargeable.

Please note, that we may be unable to process returns or changes on the same day
